Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Upon arrival in Marrakech, you'll be greeted and transferred to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure. In the evening, there will be an important welcome meeting at the hotel, followed by an optional dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 2: Imi Oughlad/Azzadene Valley

After breakfast, depart for Imi Oughlad to meet your mules and muleteers for the trek. Trek through the Moulay Brahim Gorge and the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains to Tizi ‘n Tacht pass. Descend to the Azzadene Valley and stay overnight in a mountain gîte.

Day 3: Berber villages/Aremd

Embark on a full day trek through the villages of the valley, ascending to high passes with stunning views. Cross the Tizi ‘n Tizikert pass and descend to Aremd for overnight accommodation in a village gite.

Day 4: Mizane Valley/Toubkal base camp

Ascend the Mizane Valley to the Toubkal base camp, passing through the pilgrimage hamlet of Sidi Chamharouch. Optionally climb to the summit of Ouanoums or relax at the base camp. Camp overnight near the Mt Toubkal refuges.

Day 5: Mt Toubkal

Start early for the challenging trek to the summit of Mt. Toubkal, North Africa's highest peak. Enjoy panoramic views before descending back to base camp for the night.

Day 6: Imlil/Marrakech

Descend to Imlil via Sidi Chamharouch and Aremd, then transfer back to Marrakech. Enjoy free time to explore the city's vibrant markets and landmarks. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 7: Departure from Marrakech

You are free to depart Marrakech at any time. Hotel check-out is mid-morning with luggage storage available. Optional extra nights accommodation can be arranged.
